• Should act as an link between clients and operation team
• Should communicate about the queries to operation team
• At time provide e-mail support for the clients
• Provide quality customer service
• Should work with internet and MS office

• Excellent communication skills
• Commerce graduate
• Good academic background
• Good interpersonal skills
• Be able to handle internet and MS office effectively
