Role description for the Project managers are:
- Project managers should lead a team of engineers
- Responsible for take up and finish up a mission
- Should work in high voltage transmission line
- To perform and shows dignity in substation projects
- Report producing, assisting with subordinates and junior engineers are key tasks of the project managers
Need to have characteristics are;
- Applicants should be a graduate in Electrical engineering
- They should have a proven record of more than 20 years of industry experience
- Minimum experience of 10 years in developing world projects is desired
- World Bank funded project experience will be an added advantage
- Strong oral and verbal communication is must
