We are looking forward to hire a Configuration Manager for one of our reputed client in Chennai.
Skills Required:
- Should have minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Configuration / Build Management areas
- Hands on knowledge on release maintenance with tools like clear case or CVS or CM/Synergy
- Should have exposure / experience in one of the configuration management software
- Should have experience in Release Management process setup / Build Generation, Deployment, Code Promotion etc
- Excellent customer management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Should be responsible for regular build generation; build log distribution and follow-up, deployment, Code Promotion etc
- Individual contribution role
- Play the role of build manager at customer location
- Has to take up the responsibilities of release/ configuration management activities
- Display ownership of the VOB and the whole code base
- Assist developers for any configuration management or build related issues
