Selection Criteria:
Functional Experience: 3 ~5 years.
- Should have handled functional role in relevant areas like purchasing, finance , production etc
- SAP experience: Min 4 years in consulting company. Should have done at least one end to end implementation project as module consultant
- Project Management - Implementation: Min 1 end to end implementation experience as a Project Manager. Should have been involved from the beginning of the project i.e pre-sales effort.
- Project management tools and techniques : Min expertise in MS Project, excel, power point Expertise in usage of ASAP templates and documents.
- Exposure to Solution Manager
- Quality Management techniques : Min awareness about quality frameworks relevant in SAP implementation
- People Management : Min team size handled 10
- Risk Management : Awareness of risk identification and mitigation
- Good Oral and written Communication skills
