Position: Technical Head and Sr. Developer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 5 years.
Job Profile:
Fomax is currently looking for a .NET team leader who will form a part of our core Bangalore based offshore team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of key projects and helping build our offshore entity. You will also play a vital role in interviewing and hiring of staff members. Key attributes required are:
- Should be able to architect solutions, specifically in .NET environments
- Learn new technologies efficiently
- Lead team of 3-6 staff
- Hands-on and can write code as necessary
- Mentor people
- Ability to interview people.
- Excellent communications skills.
- This position requires verbal and written communications with US based clients including Client visits.
Desired Profile
- Extensive experience with .NET
- Extensive experience with SQL queries/stored procedures/database design in SQL server (Do not need Database administrator)
- 3 yrs experience with Microsoft Technologies including 1.5 yrs in .NET/C#
- Understand methodology and Software Development Life cycle
- Has worked on US projects
- Lead team of 3-6 people
- Write code as necessary
- Object Oriented Analysis
- Strong verbal/written communications skills
- Ability to pickup new technologies quickly
- Team oriented
- Preferably MCSD .NET certification
